Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance   - Ensures compliance with the nation's environmental laws by employing an integrated approach of compliance assistance, compliance incentives and innovative civil and criminal enforcement.

Applicability Determination Index - The ADI is a database that contains memoranda issued by EPA on applicability and compliance issues associated with the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), and chlorofluorocarbons (CFC).

EPA Enforcement and Compliance History Online - ECHO, Enforcement and Compliance History Online, provides compliance and enforcement information for facilities nationwide. ECHO includes permit, inspection, violation, enforcement action, and penalty. Information also is provided on surrounding demographics when available.

Import/Export Compliance Monitoring Program - Laws and regulations administered by EPA govern the import and/or export of hazardous wastes, toxic or chemical substances, pesticide, and ozone depleting substances.

National Agriculture Compliance Assistance Center - Easy-to-understand information about compliance -- commonsense, flexible approaches that are both environmentally protective and agriculturally sound. Also provides information on reducing pollution and making good use of the latest pollution prevention technologies.

National Compliance Assistance Clearinghouse - Guide to compliance information on the Internet. It provides quick access to compliance tools, contacts, and planned activities from across EPA as well as other compliance assistance providers.

National Environmental Justice Advisory Council - View organization structure, meetings, and recomendations.

Office of Civil Enforcement - Description of the Civil Enforcement Program Program with Links to the Main Components.

Office of Criminal Enforcement - Enforces laws against violators. Includes investigation and homeland security information.

Office of Environmental Justice - About efforts to ensure fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people, regardless of race, color, national origin, or income, with respect to developing, implementing, and enforcing environmental laws, regulations, and policies.

Supplemental Environmental Projects - Provided as an aid to enforcement staff and to regulated entities in the settlement of environmental enforcement actions. Includes guidance documents and database.
