Catholic Peace Fellowship - Offers practical and pastoral support to soldiers and veterans who are struggling with the contradiction between their own participation in war and their conscience.

Center on Conscience & War - Established in 1940 the Center on Conscience and War works to protect and extend the rights of conscientous objectors, provides GI Rights counseling, and works against the military draft and draft registration. The Center opposes all forms of conscription.

The Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors - Supports conscientious objectors and promotes individual and collective resistance to war. Provides information on alternatives to the military, military discharges, draft registration, and getting the military out of schools.

Committee Opposed to Militarism and the Draft - An anti-militarism organization that challenges the institution of the military, its effect on society, its role abroad and at home, and the various forms of discrimination that are inherent in the armed forces and Selective Service System.
